Dec. 4th (8 AM) TO 8th (12 PM) – CHRISTMAS COLLECTION FOR West Suburban

The garden club members are asked again to come through in a big way in its holiday collection for the residents at the West Suburban Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The generosity of our members is always amazing! Items residents need most are toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc.). Of course, we know residents enjoy both sweet and salty treats. Socks, throw blankets, activity books are also welcome.

Drop off dates are Monday, December 4th, through Friday morning, December 8th, and again will be at the home of Cathy Gall (address and phone is in membership roster).  Cathy will have a large box at the front door for items.  It’s helpful if donors text her when they drop off so she’s reminded to bring items indoors.  Cathy and her husband will deliver these items to Vina at West Suburban on Friday afternoon.

Per Vina, the support of the garden club for the past 4 holiday seasons is so appreciated by the residents. Thanks to all!
