Join us for a holiday craft workshop to benefit the residents of the West Suburban Care Center in Bloomingdale. We will make holiday table center-pieces for the nursing home and a small fresh green containers for the members and visitors. Volunteer crafters are most welcome; all materials will be supplied. February 2018 – Keep Your Back Happy and Your Garden Beautiful
Presenter: Erin Ducat Garden related back and joint injuries spike every spring as we start to venture out into our yards and gardens. Dr. Erin Ducat, a Bloomingdale chiropractor and exercise specialist, will show how most gardening injuries occur, what to watch out for and how you can reduce your risk.
